- This is a beautiful well built bookshelf. I have purchased two and I am very happy with my purchase. They dont take up a lot of space and have a lot of space on the shelves themselves.
- I purchased this bookcasemedia tower to put my old component stereo system on. The 20inch components fit on the wide and deep selves. I am moving my stereo from a closed tower do to over heating concerns. This tower is very large and heavy. It is a two person Bob to assemble. Getting the bottom shelf attached to the sides took some time. I used a hex and Phillips head screwdrive attachment and drive handler from my brother automotive tool box to assemble this u it. This small hex driver that comes with the unit is pretty useless. Also the way the instructions have you laying out and attaching the pieces did not work for me. After I attached the bottom self, I had my brother hold the unit on its side so that I could align the first wood self with its notches. I would attach the self on the side on the floor. The we would carefully flip the unit to the other side and attach there remaining stress.The wood screws are hard to screw . I did this flip procedure for all the selves. This is a very heavy unit to assemble. It workaround two hours to assemble due to trail and error with how to attach the selves. I would recommend this media tower.
- I liked the look of this media tower so I checked reviews and decided to take a chance on it. It arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise and all the parts were there. The only problems were one of the braces on the back hadn’t been drilled so I had to borrow a drill and do it myself. The other problem was on the top shelf the threads in one of the receiving holes was stripped so the screw just falls out. Decided I could live with that and the assembled tower looks great, I’ve already been complimented on it. I love it and even with a couple of minor flaws would still recommend it.
- I thought it was a little to higher cost, but it’s bigger and heavier then I though so it evened out. I Love it I bought another one I have the whole set now. 2 side tables tv stand two shelves and couch table for in front and behind. All of it looks great. I would recommend doing a store pick up due to when they sent my tv stand it had some damage from ups shipping in store is safer for large items like this.
