• I just had someone put the futon together for me and my son laid on it and the bed tipped over on the front side and back side also. Has anyone else had this problem also?
• Hardware pack opened and loose nuts and bolts strewn about.Missing two nuts and bolts otherwise a solid product
• This futon is honestly very nice. I had my brother build it because he has this exact same futon at his house and put it together himself, and my grandma has the same one and he put that one together, too. I know putting it together takes quite a bit of time wasn’t super easy to get together. The only downfall to this futon, imo, is that mattress is not good. Now, if you are just using this futon to put into a spare room where it will not be used often, the mattress will be just fine. My grandma has had hers for about 5 years but it is hardly ever used and the mattress still has all of it thickness. My brother has had his for about over a year and his mattress is completely flat and has no more support but he sleeps on his EVERY night. I ordered mine in August and by September, and I use this as my living room couch for my apartment. The main spot I always sit in had already indented. I started sitting on other areas on the futon and those are now indented as well and the mattress doesnt really have anymore cushion to it except for on the far sides. Also, keep in mind, I am a very small built girl so it’s not like you need to be overweight for this to happen. The crease where it folds started bunching up by October and now its February 2017 and the crease just looks horrible and disgusting after being sat on. The mattress only looks nice if I take it off and then throw it back on but after being sat on the thing creases up. I will be ordering a new mattress within this week.
• A comfortable, attractive and affordable piece of furniture. Delivery was prompt, and packaging was excellent.
• I really can’t write much as we haven’t put it together yet….I saw one in the store and loved it…what I’ve seen from unpacking I really like…
• We have it in our guest room so we can use it as an office when no one is here. It is so ridiculously comfortable that we are going to buy a TV for the room! I did throw 3 bolster pillows along the back and 2 on the sides for when we use it as a couch. It made a huge difference!
• it was just what I needed for an extra bed with a limited amount of space. It was relatively easy to assemble for a 70 year old lady.
• Utilized as a couch only. within 30 days, the frame needed reinforced (welding). and the mattress sagged substantially. it is not a matter of in-home assembly. Very disappointed.
