- When I received the top had a chip in it and one of the plastic dividers was broken. I called Bush Business Furniture and they immediately sent me a new top and divider. The customer service was excellent. The file cabinet is well built and was easy to assemble.
- I was pleased with the look of this file and so far it has worked well. Assembly will take a while, but no worse than other assemble yourself furniture that I have bought. Overall, I think it is a winner.
- Decent enough for the purpose it serves and nice looking too. Did come with a scratch on one of the side panels but its placement in the room hides this defect. If it had been on the top panel I would have been requesting another unit. Not too difficult to put together but definitely plan on spending 1 1/2 – 2 hours assembling. Seems pretty sturdy and very functional.
- This piece looks gorgeous. We put it in the living room of our home and it doesn’t stick out or look institutional. Holds more than a standard 2 drawer metal cabinet. It was a little bit time consuming to put together but my hubby & I had it together in a little over an hour. There were very few written instructions, mostly all pictures. I found this confusing, he didn’t.
- I was hesitant on purchasing this file cabinet for the price, but it was worth it! Simple to put together, extremely sturdy (very heavy wood), and beautiful!! Fits as many files as a four drawer cabinet would. I love it!
- I have never had a problem with any item I have purchased at Walmart…until now. This piece of furniture literally has a ding on every single piece. Its pretty awful.
