• Took some time to put together, but other than that we love it!!
• I have no clue that a file cabinet could bring such joy to one’s life! It was easy to assemble, the hubby and I had it put together in about an hour… we were also watching a movie so I’m sure it could be done much sooner if your attention is being split. It is larger than we realized it would be, but it fits beautifully in our home office/guest room!
• I love the file cabinet and it looks great in the space. However, 2 of the 4 plastic file bars were broken when it arrived. I didn’t notice until it was all put together because they are the very last items to be installed. I called Customer Service and they said they cannot get that particular part. They offered to send me a new one, but I’d have to take my current one apart and send it back! Not doing that. It took 2.5 hours to assemble. I believe I can order new file bars online, it’s just a pain and I’m having trouble finding the correct length. Hayneedle credited me $60, but I really just want to use my file cabinet to work
