- Got tired of buying other brands that just did not last. Have been very satisfied with this product. My son has special needs and the Sheffield is easy to hold, plus, it keeps juice cold throughout the day.
- I originally had the plastic version of this, but left it in my laboratory at school and had to get a new one. Ice in the plastic one would melt about an hour to an hour and a half after my classes started. I went through 8 hours of class today with my new metal water bottle, and there is STILL large ice chunks in there. 8 hours later. I’m no water bottle connoisseur, but for someone who just wanted cold water throughout the day, I’m thoroughly satisfied. So much so, I had to write a review. Really loving this new water bottle!
- This water bottle is the perfect size, keeps water cold for 20-24 hours and the spout works perfectly and easily with one hand, whether driving or during the night
- It is a good thermos. Keeps water cold. Only wish there is a rubber protection on the bottom so there there is no dents when kids bag it or drop it.
- Stays clean easily. Keeps drinks cool well. No spillage. Can be used without the straw if desired but it will squeak a bit if you do so.
- These are great Waterbottles…they hold the perfect amount of water for my two kids to last them through a while school day and keeps it cold all day! The spout stays clean too with the cover latch…perfect for two dirty boys! Will definitely buy again!
- This stainless steel water bottle is perfect for my daughter to bring to school…the pop up straw keeps it clean. Lost the first one we bought, so we bought another!
- Mold grows between the spout and the plastic cap. Contacted Contigo “Customer Service” and was told I clean my water bottles poorly or there wouldn’t be mold in, this essentially airtight, area. I told I should buy a cleaning brush kit, which would not fit in this tiny space, and since it was mold issue there would be no replacement and I should just buy new caps. Not a concept I am keen on since we have had these less than a year. Agent told me to stop putting juice in the bottle and clean it after every use. We only put water in these and they are washed after every use and allowed to air dry for several days in between uses because we have other water bottles. Advised agent that despite what she said, mold could grow in just water in a moist area. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was advised one was not available and they would tell me the exact same thing any way.
