- My order came super fast! That’s a definite plus. The unit IS pretty sturdy. It comes with zip ties and hooks to fasten it to the wall. There’s ample room inside for my record collection. VERY easy & simple to put together. No tools required! Only took maybe 30 minutes to put together! The shelves are VERY good, sturdy & thick…I was surprised at how sturdy it actually is. The poles screw into each other so that makes it better & more sturdy compared to other, similar products. The only trouble I have with this unit is I DID need help putting the doors on & also needed help putting the top shelf on b/c it’s quite awkward trying to hold the sidewalls & poles steady at the same time putting the heavy top shelf on. READ THE DIRECTIONS!! I didn’t at first b/c it was so simple to put together but what I DIDN’T know was that I had to loosen up the middle poles to put the doors on. If I had read the directions first, I would’ve known not to tighten those up first. Also, it’d been nice if it came w/castors instead of “feet”. It can be quite awkward to move if you have carpet and have no one to help you move it if needed. The doors don’t sit perfectly “square”/lined up w/each other, they “bow out” with the design shape and come out very easy if tipped over trying to move it so if you need to move it across the room, tilt it backwards w/doors facing upward, otherwise it’s a bit difficult to move, the magnets hold the doors closed but are not very ‘strong’ if tilted forward in the manner mentioned. I tried “walking it” across the room but ended up using a dolly to move it across the room as my husband was busy at the time & couldn’t help me. Definitely use the anchors provided to fasten it to the wall if you have children or a pet which may knock it over…especially if it’s sitting on carpet which may make it unlevel compared to a hard floor. Other than those small issues, it’s a good sturdy cabinet for my record player & records. I can put the speakers on the middle shelf.
- This is a cheap-made, and yet stylish tv stand. Very easy to assemble (that’s what we customers like), except for the glass doors. Here you have to be careful and exactly follow the instructions. Do not tighten the metals poles until you have inserted the doors into the holes inside the top and bottom shelves, and align them. The side panels are too thin, and will not withstand any moderate pressure. I also would not recommend to put any objects on the top shelf heavier than indicated weight limit. Overall, this product can be rated as four stars, but it’s not worth more than $50.00.
- This item was very easy to put together and is a nice fit for my 26″ HDTV and a shelf for my VCR. It is a nice looking piece and a good fit for my small space.
- I purchased this because of it’s size and design. Needed something extra next to the TV stand – which has only one shelf for the cable box. It was quick and easy to put together, and required no tools. My only complaint is that the glass doors aren’t closing properly and are too close together. Takes several attempts to get both closed, which is why I took off one star. Other than that, I love it.
- This product is better than what I thought it’s a great stand pretty sturdy the only problem I had was that one of the glass doors for the stand was broken but for 35 dollars it’s a great stand
