- I haven’t gotten to use every piece yet, but it’s really nice to have in my new apartment. Please please please be careful getting the “kitchen slicer manufactured from stainless steel triple blade” out. I didn’t realize that the blade was going to be that sharp and cut my thumb a bit while taking off one of the protective sheaths. But honestly this product is the greatest, especially if you don’t own many kitchen appliances.
- I read a few reviews that complained of no instructions being included. Anyone with basic kitchen prep experience should have no problem using this. Chops onions, peppers etc very fine, excellent for hot dog/sausage rolls and buns. Slicing and julienne blades also very sharp, handle with care and use the push stick. Does excellent job!
- Works great! Made the perfect salsa easy peasy quick. Not to mention at that price are you kidding me what a bargain! A food processor where I am in control so my veggies are not juice but chopped exactly how I want them.
- This worked great for slicing up peppers for a pepper sauce. Has a great mandolin for some slicing. Best thing is it needs no batteries or power except hand power.
- I purchased this on preChristmas thinking if I liked it I would buy several for gifts. The metal blade has a mar on it that fees like rust and almost looks like it also. I never used it and hate to pitch it. No instruction book also means no company contact info. I hate to trash things.
