- Really happy with this purchase. I’m 5’2″ and had to do some adjusting for the pad to hit my hips at the right spot, but now it works great. My husband put it together in about 30 minutes and it’s a great addition to my home gym. Can feel it in my abs, glutes, and lower back.
- Good piece for workout on abs and abdomen. ..feeling it already. There was no manual, but one was mentioned in the very brief diagram for assembling. All the pieces were there and as described. Being mechanically inclined, I was able to assemble this with the diagram that came with it, but not so sure that would be the case for everyone.
