- I love how the futon was packed in a smaller box than I expected! Easy set up/assembly. Seat cushions are on the thinner side. Futon is pretty firm and looks exactly like the photos. Not heavy, nor bulky yet very sturdy for the price. If I had a bigger room, I would purchase the chaise option as well.
- My boyfriend and I were looking for something that could convert into a bed when we have guests. This hit the nail on the head in terms of our budget and design. It’s a little stiff but I think with a mattress topper it’ll be fine for sleeping.
- We were looking for a functional, modern futon for quite some time until we came across this Brent futon. This looks like a newer product in the market and we went with the grey color. On arrival, we fell in love with the fabric and it now looks amazing in our study. Just the contemporary, stylish look we were aiming for! We have not used the futon as sleeping purposes yet, so no comment on that. This was intended to be a temporary sleeping arrangement if we have any extra guest. So overall, I definitely recommend this product. P.S. I would have given this product 5 star if it came with an instruction manual (yes it came unaccompanied!). My husband somehow managed to find an online manual after googling and then assembled it. Other than that, no complain about the product!
- This futon was delivered faster than expected, was easy to put together, the fabric and overall look is great for the price point. Although it is not all that comfortable, again for the price point it was worth the purchase.
- We have a baby on the way and had to convert our guest room into a nursery. We still needed to have a place for guests to stay so we got this futon to put in our office. It looks great, and was super easy to assemble. It came in a much smaller box than I expected. It is firm but most “mid century modern” sofa’s are cushy. It isn’t a heavy duty piece of furniture, which I expected for the price but it will serve the purpose I need it too.
- I really like the look and feel of this couch until I had it for about 5 days and it completely broke like a flimsy piece of cardboard. Forget about taking a nap on it… I sat up towards one end and the wood leg piece it broke in two pieces (I weigh 170 lbs and Im 5″10 an average person..)leaving us feeling regret and disappointment.
