- I love my new vacuum! it cleans very well and is easy to use. The suction is great and will pick up anything. I also like how long the cord is. Overall, this is the best vacuum I have ever had and I have had some expensive ones over the years. This vacuum is well worth the money. I highly recommend this vacuum!
- I bought this because it is easy to move about the house however the hose and vacuum part are a little cumbersome. I would prefer smaller to get into smaller spaces. Other than that I really like it. I also have an upright which I like too except for when you convert it into a hose for cleaning curtains or higher things the hose is very hard to stretch.
- I bought this machine a few weeks ago based on customer reviews. It has performed as advertised. This is the best vacuum that we have owned. I admit that I was a little skeptical at first but we are pleased with this well designed machine. H.A.
- My only complaint is the rotating ball on the trigger head. After a couple of months it stops rotating due to dirt or hair getting inside it. Make it able to be removed so we can service it ourselves instead of replacing the whole head.
- Easy to use though carrying the unit through the house a little more awkward than the upright models, which are easier to store in a closet. The suction is very strong and the unit works well on hardwood floors as well as carpets and tile. The retractable cord is great.
- I’ve been a dyson user since they first came out with the original animal. I have the original canister model but didn’t love it. Auction is great as with all stains however it’s a bit like dragging around a ball and chain. Doesn’t move too well around obstacles. Seems to trip over itself so I just tried the new Big ball at home and WOW! Finally this is the one!! I’ve got a mini handheld and an upright but this one really is so easy to use that I find I reach for it first for most jobs. I’ve got a large house with several types of flooring throughout. Slate tile, hardwood, carpet and this is excellent maneuvering and cleaning all of them. Does an excellent job for the overhead jobs. It’s not too heavy to hold while I’m getting cobwebs off the ceiling fan. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. I highly recommend. Oh and stores in a tidy little space unlocked my upright which dominates my coat closet.
- The carpet brush needs to be electrical instead of using its own suction. You need to also be able to turn off the brushes without losing suction. Terrible vacuum
