This rectangular wood folding table is beneficial in a multitude of settings that include banquet halls, banquet facilities, cafeterias, schools and in the home. The table can be used as a temporary seating solution or be setup for everyday use. This table features a .75″ thick plywood top with black edge band. This folding table is certain to withstand the test of time. Two extra-wide bolted wood runners are fastened to the underside and designed to allow for safe table stacking. The runners are secured to the table tops with flush fitting, flat head bolts and locking nuts. The heavy duty locking wishbone legs are constructed of 1″, 18-gauge tubular steel and commercial grade powder coating.

I’m a quilter and have set up two sewing machines on it. I also use the table for preparing my quilts on it. This table is extremely well constructed.
The 6′ length is perfect for converting a small bedroom into the wife’s sewing room. The table seems sturdy enough to hold a variety of sewing machine types. The surface of the table is smooth and the wood grain and finish are pleasing. The bolt heads are recessed but obvious so it looks like a work table, but with a table cloth it can also be used as an extra dining table if we need it. Easy to set up and fold down, a very practical item.
Good old folding table, very heavy but very good so far. Exactly what it says on the tin!
I’ve had those with particle board and covered with fake “walnut” contact paper and ended up needing to bolt a 2×4 in the middle of them to keep it from sagging, which defeated the purpose of it being “folding”. That’s not a problem with this table since the reinforcing on both edges accomplishes eliminating any sag, not to mention the stronger plywood (a decent looking grade too!) also aids against the “sag”. Very nice durable varnished top. The bolt heads are quite flat and been chamfered to sink “below the lands” so it all just works together great. My one complaint is the legs opening. They didn’t open all the way till I took my channel grips and squeezed them to snap them into place at the folding joint, but that’s because it was so new I guess. Of course that means when opened and table set up, there’s no chance the legs will fold upon themselves, which is the good side of that. I wanted a 30″ wide table that was sturdy, so bought this with idea of cutting 6″ off the side, re-drilling and refitting the support board on that side, so it would fit perfectly into an alcove here, but it was so beautiful as it was, I decided to just leave it at 36″ wide and use in another location instead. This was well worth the $72 I spent on it!
