- I bought the 5,000 BTU air conditioner two years ago and it has been just wonderful! This year I bought the 12,000 BTU and between the two, my 12,000 to 14,000 sq. ft. home is sufficiently cooled. I bought the second Haier air conditioner because the first one worked so well and came with no problems!
- It’s. Very good unit for the price I paid but it makes noise. I installed in my living room so it’s definetly does it’s job which is make room cool. I’ll definitely wanna give star for Walmart customer service. Which was absolutely phenomenal. I had some issue with first delivery, they sent me another one on time with no problem.
- good unit, especially for the price. cools down our living room pretty quickly, and i especially like the energy saving aspect. we weren’t able to install the unit in a traditional fashion due to the unique structure of our window sill, but we’ve been able to get the unit securely in the window. the A/C is a bit loud.

- I would have given this window a/c unit five stars if it had stated in the specifications that it works best with wooden window casings. My windows being in metal window casings made putting this in a little harder that it should have. That being said, the a/c actually works beautifully!! It cools my living room, dining room and kitchen easily. It is not loud in my opinion. I believe a regular fan is louder.
- I ordered the conditioner for my shed which I insulated myself. It works fine, it take about 20 minutes to get cooled off on a 92 degree day. I love it because my last conditioner did not have enough BTU’s to cool off the shed.
- After installing the unit and waiting the 2 hours minimum as detailed in the instructions it would not run. The fan motor was seized. I returned the unit to my local store for a refund.
