• I haven’t got to use this yet…but if when used, I feel differently, I will most definitely repost. The shipping was fast and it arrived neatly. The quilting of the hammock looked sufficient for my purposes and it had a nice carry sack. I’m am looking forward to using this.
• We replaced a worn out rope hammock with this one, and my only regret was that we hadn’t done it sooner. It is very comfortable, and the color is true to the picture. It is obviously very durable too as it held up to the swinging of two young boys who were not in it for a nap! I would recommend a coat of scotchguard just to make clean-up easier. We washed it at the end of the season, and it looks like new.
• I bought this item for me and had my neighbor and two little girls over. The girls loved it! I help with his dog while he is working and saw his hammock was old and torn so I ordered one for him! Before I gave it to him we had the awful fires in Sonoma County Ca. His workplace burned to the ground. He may have to move now to find work. He took his hammock down and disposed of it but still had the stand. He said he can’t afford a nice house with yard now. I called you to ask if I could send it back as it was still in the box . I told the lady why and she said “consider it a donation to help people rebuild and if he doesn’t want or can’t use it give it to someone else”. How awesome is that! I thank you very much so either he or someone else will be so happy to have a new hammock for next spring! Thanks so much and I love mine!!
• We set it up and I love it, i can’t keep the kids off it. My 4 year olds just want to “relax” on it with me… it’s big enough for me and my twin 4 year old daughters. I am sure daddy and I could fit but I didn’t want to try it, ha ha ha we love it. I am ordering another in a different color this time.
• This big, beautiful, well-made hammock is the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. This is the first hammock that I’ve owned and I spend hours in it. I bought one for my friend to use at her cottage and she just loves it. Buy it. You won’t be disappointed.
• This is a nice hammock. My only complaint is that the fabric is slippery making it more difficult to get into.
• I had to shorten the ropes to fit an existing hammock frame which may have caused the instability. As modified, it is difficult to get on and off due to tendency to rock but once centered on it, it is very comfortable. Holds up well in AZ sun and storms.
• This hammock is Amazing. VERY comfortable and soft…very big and sturdy…pillow detaches. I take my pillow inside to keep it clean. Pillow is comfy could have had a little extra filling in it. You can feel a breeze through the material of the hammock which feels amazing! Def would buy another!
• Received this hammock & found out a couple days later that the color I wanted was available. Had no issues at first with Best Choice Products, they sent me a return label. The first lady I spoke to who was very friendly gave me the return label & said she would order the blue one for me. Received an email for the return label but never got a tracking number for the new hammock. So I had to call them back & spoke to customer service person #2 who kept telling me the hammock is probably in the other box I just received even though it was clearly marked hammock frame. Had to call back that evening to speak to customer service rep #3 which I had to go through the entire speil again. He told me the original c/s lady I spoke to never ordered the blue hammock for me so he placed the order & told me he would send me a tracking number. Never received a tracking number so had to call back to speak to c/s rep #4 who told me a tracking number was not available yet but would be sure to email one to me first thing in the morning. Yeah right!! Just spoke to c/s rep #5 who gave me the tracking number. They are super slow shippers too, whatever the date that Walmart gives you add about 4 days to it.
