These are much nicer than I expected especially for the price
I could not find a product specifically for the assorted sizes of jelly jars I own. With this container I can place the original box for the jars and safe the jars from damage.
This is the perfect size for what I needed it for. Ordered two but one came cracked at one end. Box wasn’t damaged so I think it was just thrown into the box before shipping.
The only down side is you don’t have 100% choice of where to keep it. Only because of the high top.
I absolutely love these storage containers. I bought two. They are sturdy and roomy. Clear so that you can easily find what you’re looking for. The side snap closures are great and serve as handles to easily carry. I paid $9.94 for each of them. Great bargain!
Bought two Sterilites and wasn’t happy with them so got one of these, plan on buying a few more. They seal well and the handles are actually comfortable and stay on when lifting the container. As to the size, for me they are just right.
With the Hefty name, I actually thought that these (I bought three) would be more sturdy and durable than they are. The additional storage space that the lid provides is very nice, but it is much more flimsy than I thought it would be. It’s clear, which is very helpful . . . and the color is great. Other than that, I wouldn’t say it is worth the almost $10 price tag . . . you can get equal quality for much less money. In this instance, the brand name made no difference at all.
Junk, is the word that comes the mind. I immediately opened one of the boxes (I had them delivered) and they were just so thin and well, junky feeling. We just moved and I’m reorganizing our garage and I wanted all new storage containers. I saw these and saw they were hefty so I thought they would be durable and good quality but I was wrong. The only good thing about them was the beautiful teal color on the lids. I hated having to give up that gorgeous pop of color but if they are just going to break then it’s not worth it. Get different containers.
