- This towel holder is just what it says. It is fairly heavy and solid, the finish is acceptable. I did not like the oversized base – it looks chunky. It says it holds oversized rolls, but all rolls get used up and then you see a lot of base. Also the short pole for tearing off sheets is pretty inadequate unless you have a full roll of big paper on it. Sorry, but I’m sending mine back.
