- Selected least damaged box at local Walmart and had no issues. I didn’t want to risk shipping product so picked up myself. Needed smaller one than what I had for this weekday apartment which has very little counter space. I like the integrated turntable, one-touch cooking options and don’t have anything negative to say after using it for 4 months. I recommended the exact model to my daughter who also needed more counter space. I did place mine on a simple sheet metal shelf I bent from scrap that sits on countertop yet provides me extra space under the microwave for ‘stuff’ – salt shaker, napkins, etc . I tend to take care of my electronics/appliances by not slamming doors, etc so this should last a long time. Unlike some of the opinions stated in reviews on this product, my view of Hamilton Beach went way up after using this product. I’m an electrical engineer designing products for industrial applications so I’m not easily impressed and don’t typically give reviews. Hope your experiences are as good as mine have been so far!

- Suitable size for my small apartment. Works as expected. Go ahead, try it for yourself, you’ll have no regrets.

- I ordered this microwave online for $69, picked it up in store within a hour with no delay. By the time I got home I was issued a $4 credit because it was on sale in the store. The unit works well, is fairly quiet.

I could not tell the difference between my previous 1100-watt and this one! I love the size as it fit perfectly to my kitchen space. I so loved this unit and with the extension warranty, I hope to have it for a long time with us.
- This microwave is perfect for my home use. It replaced an older model that died because of over use and improper usage by younger adults.
- I had to return this woefully awful product. I swapped it out for a Panasonic, which did cost much more, but clearly has been worth it and I am very satisfied!
