• If you are looking for an external speaker to enhance your iPad or iPod this is it!
• I bought this little devil for the tv in my parents kitchen and it sounds great for that. Probably not the best for bigger room or outside.
• Love the bass for this. Using it on an Nvidia Shield Tablet. Only downside is that the speaker itself doesn’t have volume control so it goes off just the Shield, but that’s loud enough for a picnic or around the house. For more BOOM iHome suggests chaining in more lil’ speakers, which, for this price, you can really get that going on. We opted for the plug ins because we wanted to be sure they were rechargeable, haven’t always had the best of luck with the Bluetooth products, but we’re going to try those on our next speaker purchase. For the cost on these, they’re great little boomers for fun.
• Probably not a great choice for a big party but, for my purposes, works just fine. Small and easily transportable. Works perfectly with my IPod and IPad. Nice sound for a small speaker.
• The speaker has a powerful crystal clear sound. The build is of quality that should last. I especially love that you can twist the speaker close and open making it more compact for traveling or storage. I rated the speaker four stars because it is not Bluetooth able.
• I bought a new TV for my kitchen but it had poor sound compared to my old one so I bought this little speaker, hooked it up and it sounds EXCELLENT now. Very small so takes little room on my counter. Powerful enough to be able to turn the TV sound way down and still have excellent, loud enough sound. If I turned it way up it would blow me out of the kitchen! Love it!
• Finally I found a speaker that works with the IPOD shuffle. It has great sound and easy to work. I can’t speak for durability as we just got it but the sound is great
• Worked good out of the box. Sound level is fair to good. I did not want a blue tooth device and this unit suited my needs.
• A friend had these and they were just what I was looking for. I purchased an inexpensive treadmill at Walmart without bells and whistles which means docking station to me. I use the mini speakers with my iPod and it’s nice to have the sound in the room instead of attached to my ears. Nice on the porch or in my office. Lots of sound for something I can throw in my purse!
• I was just looking for a simple little speaker that didn’t need plugged into sockets, or ran on batteries.. This is pretty nice. It gets loud and doesn’t crackle or vibrate.. It keeps the music clear and sharp. Doesn’t get loud enough to cover me singing though, but pretty happy with this.
• My samsung tablet is twice as loud as this junk. Maybe the lights and colors impress some people but I just thru this in the trash it wasn’t worth keeping or going thru the return. Might be louder then some phones but as far as I could tell it was better put in the trash!
