    • It works great. Easy to set up. But after two weeks the air pressure dropped and had to inflated it. Also I notice that one of the suction filters isn’t working. I guess I’ll see how well customer service is when In call them Monday.
    • 16 months, and we leave it up year round. Although I do have to inflate it daily when the temperature drops drastically in the fall and spring. It will collapse and the water will dump out. But in stable weather, it stays inflated well.
    • I’m a woman in mid 50’s and live in the Northwest where the winters are mild but chilly. I have space on my back patio for a hottub and thought this is a good first step. I’ve been watching the price on portable hot tubs and spotted this one in my price range with JETS and that’s why I went ahead with the order. The box came and didn’t take any room in the garage. It took 2 hours from start to finish to set up, the parts are of high quality and I was able to use it on Day 2, the jets are really high powered and the tempature remained steady. The directions are easy to understand and there’s a video I found best for me. I absolutely love it!
    • After having the Intex Bubble Spa for a short time and the (heat) stopped working, I was very skeptical to try again. But because of the portability and cost we bought again. This time with jets. So far, so good, at less than a month. Love the jets and the heat. The motor is a bit loud and makes noises, and that scares me. Time will tell .
    • So far I love this tub it is just what I was looking for. I do wish it was a little warmer it does not truly feel 104 to me also not a tone of leg room if mor than one person is in it but over all a great product..
    • I bought this spa about a year ago. I also purchased the Saltron Mini which converts salt into chlorine so you never need to use chemicals. I was amazed at how easy the salt unit worked. The spa worked fine for about a year. Then, a few months ago, I noticed a black, flaky ring around the water line and on the cover. I drained and completely cleaned everything, refilled it up, added the salt, covered it and let it heat up. Next day I uncover it and the black flakes are back!!! I thought maybe it was the salt unit so I removed it. Again, drained, cleaned, refilled, and added chemicals. Recovered and the next day, the flakes were back! They are a nightmare to clean off the spa wall. I had to use a foamy tub cleaner and after spraying it on, the black flakes start to drip and dissolve and I could wipe it off. Anyways, I ran the jets and watched carefully, and saw big black flakes coming out of the unit itself, not the jets, but the part where the hot water comes out of (if that makes any sense.) I am wondering if maybe white vinegar running through the system might help but I can’t find any info. on this problem or how to fix it. So I would recommend stearing clear of this spa!!!
