• These suit cases by InUSA Chicago are fabulous. I ordered them through Wal-Mart and received them within three days, directly from the company. I ordered two sets of two and one was missing. Upon contacting the company through Wal-Mart, they responded quickly and sent me the missing piece. I went on a trip to Las Vegas and they are truly light weight with a very smooth roll. Everything that is described is true. Upon returning from my trip, I noticed that my bigger luggage had ripped on the zipper seam. I contacted the company and they offered to send me a new one in return for a great review. I would have written one with just a repair offer because the suit cases are just that good. I’ve traveled quite a bit and am very impressed and satisfied. Would recommend anyone to at least try them out. You won’t be disappointed. And yes, the outside held strong against the harsh treatment from the airlines. Some slight marks that are not that noticeable. I have a set of grey and black and they both look expensive. • These two pieces are light weight and the right size for what I needed. Another good thing is that you can store the smaller one inside the large one; less space for storing them. I haven’t used them yet but will in the near future.
• My carry on was delivered a day ahead of schedule. It is a beautiful grey color, lightweight and surprisingly very roomy for a carry on. I am very pleased with this purchase. I have a shoulder problem and am elderly and the spinner feature makes it much easier for me to travel.
• Site-to-store made it convenient to get. Arrived in perfect condition. Did get some scuffs and scrapes in flight but that’s to be expected with how un-delicate airport workers are. Still looks very nice overall. Don’t regret the purchase. My only complaint is that the zippered side in the suite case, the cloth tore/pulled free from the seams under the weight of my toiletries. I recommend dividing your heavier than clothing items evenly amongst your suite cases and at the bottom of the zippered sides rather than all in one suite case. I wish I’d known to do this in advance.
