- After only one month the Roomba is working well. Very happy with the self-emptying feature. Also like the App on my tablet and phone. I had one several years ago and it did not hold up as well as I had hoped. Hoping this is the improved version.
- I love my Roomba i7!! I have a mixture of carpet and tile floors with lots of furniture and my robot has learned how navigate through everything. He got stuck a couple of times so now block off a few troublesome spots. I could not be more pleased with the cleaning he does. The support help is good too — very patient. Thank you Roomba for making my cleaning and my life so much easier!
- I bought the i7 + since I have 6 large dogs, I tried the 960 but the difference in the i7 is remarkable. I still need to vacuum, however; the i7 has reduced how often and the surface area that needs to be done. The amount of time saved, is well worth the product.
- It works really good except for the pet hair thing on carpets. leaves little hair balls all over the place on carpets. Love that if the battery dies in the middle of a job, it will charge and complete the job on its own. Same with a full bin also. Emptying the bin is a bit noisy at 5 in the morning though. An excellent feature would be the ability to stop the bin emptying at certain hours. More efficient rollers and suction on the robot might help with the pet hair thing.
- I was not going to buy a roomba until I saw how well it worked for my son. I still need to clean well once a month but the roomba takes care of everyday messes.
- couldnt think of worse product. ruined my new bamboo floors and dragged across chinese antique rug we have and also ruined it.
