- I imagine this would be a good purchase for anyone, but I find it especially convenient because I am normally only cooking for myself and would rather not use my oven. This toaster oven allows me to do everything I would normally do in a regular oven in about the same amount of time. It cooks everything from chicken to cookies perfectly!
- This is a great toaster oven. It has the ability to heat the food rapidly using what they call a convection fan and infrared heaters – similar to larger ovens to cook the food evenly, not only that it is a great toaster :-). The size is perfect to fit on the counter and can fit up to a good size chicken for the family!!!! This is a great working product that looks good too!!!
- This is toaster oven is small enough to fit on the counter without taking too much space but big enough to perform daily toasting, warming and baking small meals. It’s very powerful. My two boys can use it by themselves to heat up their breakfast such as frozen biscuit/waffles, Texas toast, cinnamon toast etc in the morning and snacks after school. That really can help us as parents a lot of work and time. It’s a stainless steel, so it’s very easy to clean as well. We love this product. I am writing this reviews as part of a contest.
- What a good looking toaster oven, with the power of a standard oven. I tasted a chocolate chip cookie made from this toaster oven while entering a Review contest in my office. Perfectly crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. This two tiered toaster oven would maximize what can be prepared in here, while minimizing the amount of space on my counter. Oh, the leftovers I can re-heat with this!! The keypad and dial allow for easy operating — something my non-chef-self requires. This kitchen product is the perfect transition for people who don’t like to cook, but are graduating from their hand-me-down toaster oven from college. I am writing this review as part of a contest.
- I have been using a small toaster oven for several years, and recently had an opportunity to replace it with this new model from Black and Decker. After using it for several weeks, I can definitely recommend this model to anyone looking for a toaster oven with generous space, with easy-to-use controls, and which cooks fast. Below are my specific observations… SPACE This oven has generous cooking space. I am usually able to heat up all the food I want at once, rather than having to keep putting food in several “rounds.” Because it is so spacious, however, check the spot where you want to install this to be sure it won’t be oversized. It will definitely occupy at least a fair portion of your counter area. CONTROLS I often find that new toasters, while having greater utility, are starting to have rather confusing controls. I am very happy with the ease of the settings on this Black and Decker. It is very intuitive to set the main cooking function (toasting, oven, or temperature settings), then turn a timer to set how long it runs for. The knobs are nice and big, easy to grasp, and adjust smoothly and easily, even for finer settings. HEATING Compared to my old toaster oven, this one heats up very quickly. It definitely has cut down on the waiting time for food to be ready. It also seems to heat very evenly. I have found that the food cooks through without burned spots, and without the classic problem of food being burned on top and cold on the bottom! CLEANING This toaster is really easy to clean. A crumb-collection tray slides out completely from the bottom. My old toaster — and several other models on the market — have a hinged tray at the bottom, which means you either have to dump crumbs out onto the counter, or you have to unplug and drag the whole unit over to your sink. With this toaster, cleaning is much easier and much faster. ACCESSORIES The only accessory that comes with this toaster is a large aluminum tray, which is useful for all types of cooking. I use it regularly even for toasting, as it prevents crumbs from falling onto the burners — making cleaning even easier. I am writing this reviews as part of a contest
- I’ve been looking for a toaster oven and this is the one! It has so many great features and settings and the best part is that it looks fantastic. I love making cookies but I don’t always love making a whole batch of 24 when I only want 2. This is great for those occasions where you just want a little something sweet. I also really love that it’s big enough to cook a whole chicken for dinner if I need to. As a mom, sometimes, it just takes too much time to heat the big oven. Time saver for sure!
- This is a great product. I was able to eat warm, freshly baked cookies straight out of the toaster oven. I didn’t even know you could make cookies in a toaster oven, but with Krups toaster oven you can! This product not only works great but looks very high end. - This is a beautiful appliance and I really like all the features. My food really tastes so much better after zapping it for a few minutes in the toaster oven, rather than using my microwave.
