- This set is very nice for the price. If your planning on preparing moderate size meals this set is perfect. The only cons are that the handles get hot easily, the cover for the big pot doesn’t fit and the set doesn’t do well under high heat. But as I said before, for the price it is ok.
- This cookware set is perfect for the starter cook, first home, or for a few extra pans in the cabinet. Some of the pans are a little on the small side, but they are great otherwise.

- I used to have Tramontina stainless steel cookware set, that came with fabricated polyurethane handles tightened with steel screws. Those steel screws got rusted and polyurethane handles started breaking after regular use over a period of 3 years with dishwasher cleaning. As replacement, I bought the Mainstays 10 pc stainless steel cookware, along with a 3 quart ss Mainstays saucepan additionally, which was on a deal sale. I am happy about the product. I boil milk in 1 quart for tea or coffee, while I use 3 quart set for making mass amount of yogurt. I use 2 quart for making gravies, while 4 quart is used for cooking rice, steaming vegetables, etc. I am happy about the quality and I am sure these utensils will serve me for a minimum of 3 to 4 years.
- Just moved and was in need of some quick pots and pans so I purchased this set. Pans are working great but the only thing I had an issue with was the sauce pan developed spots and all I did was boil water in it. The pan is still usable and the spots are in the steel so no harm. Overall, my meals have been great and this set is a great starter set!
- I used pot to boil noodles in water. After pouring out water and noodles into strainer there were little black burnt spots in bottom of pot. S.O.S pads would not even take them out. Weird. Took them back.
