• I’ve been living in apartments for awhile so I’ve been purchasing this type of “furniture in a box” for years now with varying degrees of quality. I think it’s safe to say this is probably the highest quality I’ve purchased at this price point in all those years. The piece looks great; I think the color is a little more vibrant in person than it appears in pictures for whatever reason. The red just seems to pop more than I expected. It’s also worth mentioning that this thing is HEAVY. I bought a 3-drawer dresser, 4-drawer, and two night stands. The night stands were easy enough to move alone, but the 4-drawer dresser, in particular, weighed about 80+lbs in the box. I think the weight contributes much to the sturdiness, however. Despite the weight of the package, assembly was easy and I managed to put everything together by myself with no real issues. Attaching the drawers to the sliders was a minor hassle as the screws provided are JUST long enough. I had to apply a good bit of force inward on the sliders so that the ends of screws would catch. Regardless, construction was easy and I was probably most surprised by how easily the drawers glided. The glide is on a track rather than those cheaply made roller drawers. The metal handles attribute to this as well by adding a good bit of weight. The drawers were spacious too. My 3 drawer is actually sitting empty right now, because I had more than enough room in the 4-drawer for my needs. All in all, this total purchase has been a great experience. I have to mention how quick the shipping was too. I ordered all four of the above mentioned items on a Sunday. The delivery date was scheduled for a week later (a week from Monday), but they actually showed up that same Thursday, way ahead of schedule. Everything was intact and in good shape too. Highly recommended to anybody looking for small space furniture or even a nice looking upgrade to a dated bedroom.
