- Shipping: like other reviews the box was tore up but thankfully everything inside was wrapped so protected just a few scratches. Very easy to put together, it’s easy enough to do alone but quicker with a helper ( mine was my 17 yr old niece)

- I really like the style. I would like the option to use plugs on the top end post instead of the balls provided. I plan on purchasing these or make them. The bed seems very sturdy! The box was falling apart when delivered but all parts were there!

- I purchased this item and paid for early delivery. The bed should have been here on a Monday and wasn’t delivered until Wednesday afternoon. I am a nurse who works night shift and had to work the delivery around my schedule. Of course this was just left at my door while i wasn’t home. When I was finally off work on Friday and able to put it together for my children, I went through to check all the parts. I noticed the back board panel was bent and twisted with no way to assemble it. I emailed and called the company. I had to take pictures and email receipts before they would file a claim to have the part sent back out. No problem, I can do that. I finally receive an email 3-4 days later stating the part would be shipped and I would get it in 7-10 buisness days… Ugh, NOT HAPPY! I suck it up and agreed. Now let me remind you, it’s been 3 weeks since i purchased the item from walmart.com. I received an email on 8/24/16 stating that the part i need is now on back order and they are not sure when they will get it back in their warehouse, sorry for any inconvenience. UNACCEPTABLE in my book! I will NEVER order online again!!!
