• Was suppose to be able to construct in vertical or horizontal positions, but instructions were only for vertical shelving. No way to construct horizontally.

• I purchased two of these units for basement storage. I was concerned that I might need to hire someone to put them together, but it was so easy that I did it myself without any problem. The unit is very sturdy and stable – I plan to buy more for the garage. They are supoer terrific.
• I Loved this cabinet. It was a snap to put together! Beware though to install the bottom shelf like the instructions tell you (real close to the floor) or the legs will be wobbly if you don’t. I tried installing it up about 10 inches for a plastic container box to fit under and when I tried moving the unit in the place that I needed it, it almost bent the railing (leg) so I moved it to the lowest slot (like shown on the picture) and it worked perfect. Lastly, make sure you know where you want the shelves beforehand so that when you attach the top rail to the bottom rail the splicing bracket doesn’t get in your way should you want a shelf at that spot (like the picture shows) because once it is spliced and put together you can’t adjust that particular shelf.
• This shelf was as outlined in the description. I did need an extra (stronger) pair of hands to get the top section linked together but it is exactly what I wanted. It is large and heavy and able to handle heavy items. I am using it to storage large and heavy bins and boxes. It is working great. It was delivered to my house without additional cost which was also great.
• I agree with Bob S from two months ago. I bought two units. I put the first one together and moved it to where I wanted. The second unit was put together and, when moved, fell apart. You cannot move these units. Once put together, you cannot lift them to move. They will come apart. Once together, and in position, they are OK, but they should have additional braces or supports. When I moved the second unit and it fell apart, the posts actually bent just like they were cheap aluminum. There is really no support for the base. Once twisted, you lose the original structure/support for the unit. The unit lost its original integrity of what it was sold for. Once the posts are bent, the unit is no good. I did not send back. I will continue to use, but I caution future buyers of this product. Put this unit together in the exact spot/space where it will be. Do not try and move it. It will not work properly. It is not a good product. If you try and move, do not remove the wire shelves. The shelves keeps the unit square to keep into position. I ended up putting zip ties onto the shelves to keep the shelves in place to move the unit. The unit is very unstable.
