I love my ice maker so much! It sits on my kitchen counter and I use it every single day. It recently broke but it’s covered by warranty and the customer service has been truely amazing! I need a new label sent to me since the first one expired and Mary sent me another very quickly. They respond to all emails promptly and are extremely helpful. Did a lot of research and decided on the NewAir Al-1000. It does a fantastic job. I would recommend this item to anyone!
the water pump broke after a year and we ordered one from New Air… the sales person was Lisa Femino and she was very friendly and helpful. SHE NEEDS A HUGE RAISE! You need more employees like her. I was ready for the typical hassle you get when you go thru this but she was Fantastic!
We use this machine every single day in our busy elementary health office. Its been a very good little machine, very reliable, just add water; however, at 4 months old it started making very loud noises, still trying to figure it out.
I have 3 of this ice maker, all 3 have quit working. 2 of the 3 the ice making tray has split where it attaches to the motor. I did not see this item for purchase on the parts list. I will NEVE buy one of these piece of junk again, there are much better brands to buy that will last as it should. I am sure this company is aware of this problem and have not done anything and will not do anything. I would be surprised this review will even be posted
