- Great product. We purchased this machine for our office because the ice maker in the refrigerator doesn’t produce enough ice. The machine has been great. No more complaints about lack of ice. The machine did break down after about a year and a half (we do constantly use the machine, so not totally surprising), but I had purchased the extended warranty, so I was able to send it back to Air-N-Water for service. Originally, I wasn’t too happy because the machine was sent back in December 2016 and we haven’t received the ice maker back yet. However, because of the delay the company is sending us a new machine.
- I use this all the time. I drink a lot and it all has ice in it. Also great if you need ice bags, or ice when cooking. The ice is just there all the time and I don’t have to empty ice cube trays. I received it for Christmas and when it quite working the office was great about helping me in getting it fixed and there communication was really great. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you all I was lost while it was being fixed.

- Not much difference in cycle times for the three sizes of cubes; 7 min- 9 min. Bought this maker to fill our own ice bags, then place them in our new freezer. No more long trips to town when we run out of ice. I would have bought a larger one if it were an option. One load of water makes @ 10 lbs of ice.
- I really like this machine, it’s light, it’s compact, and it isn’t to pricey. I like that I can chose the size of the cubes. Not to keen on the distilled water, I don’t like the taste at all, so I’ve been filtering my water, and using it, which is a pain, but I am happier with the taste. Thinking of getting one for my shop, just not sure about the water problem yet. I have well water at home, at my business they have city water which I don’t like, and it could be to much trouble bringing water in with me. Not sure what to do yet.
- We unpacked our machine and let it settle for a day. It has been putting out ice ever since. It takes less than 15 min. for the first batch to drop. It takes about 2 hours for the hopper to fill. It produces a soft chewable ice cube which has helped me lose 50 pounds chewing ice instead of potato chips.
- We love this ice maker. Much better than cheaper versions from big box stores. Produces quickly and quietly. Customer service amazing as well. We lost the cap for the drain and company responded within 24 hours and offered to ship new part!
- The ice maker makes ice quickley that last a long time. Attractive design that goes with the rest of my appliances
- Did not work from the time we took out of box. Leaked from side and did not have pressure enough to make ice cubes. Returned for refund.
