• This is my first wine cooler and it is the perfect size for fitting next to my extra refrigerator. I like that I have the option of incorporating it in my kitchen at a future date if I’d like to.
• We have limited space for just about anything. Anything fun that is. This unit is quiet and was super easy to install. I think it is meant to be installed in a space the size of a trash compactor. We had a corner area that was almost useless for storage. We were able to cut out a single panel on the other side of the corner cabinet, drop in a plug and perfect fit. In our small house, this is a great choice. I had a few questions and NewAir’s Ashley in Customer Service was quick to respond and big help. So far very pleased with quality of the unit.
• Cooler is located in kitchen/dinning room, convenient, quiet and attractive. When contacted with a minor problem, customer support was the best I have encountered. Christine D. could not have been more helpful.
• I’ve used the cooler for several months. Although I’ve not tested the precise temps in the two zones, I am satisfied based on touch and taste that the zones are accurate. I’m really quite impressed that a two zone cooler that is so compact can hold so many bottles and function so well. Note, the shelves are spaced to consume every bit of interior room available, and the varying dimensions of some bottles make double stacking a tight fit if you try to load the cooler to the max. But since I am not using the cooler for long-term holding of wines, this has not been a substantial issue for me. I simply reload and arrange as necessary.
• We were looking for the right size for our center island kitchen. This unit was perfect fit and at an affordable price.
• Even though the product details say that the shelves are adjustable, I see absolutely no way to adjust them. Very disappointing as a couple of shelves will not even hold a standard size bottle. Am I missing something
