- A bit of a learning curve on each food you make but nothing difficult. It does take a bit of time to heat up and still splatters despite the lid. So don’t expect a better clean up like others. I like that you can cook food in two baskets at a time so everyone can eat together. Clean up is not horrible, it does splatter so be sure to look under your cabinets/walls etc. This was with the lid on as well, it still comes up under the little openings. I wish it would come with or sell filters to strain grease.
- This is an effective fryer. It has two nice baskets. It will overcook quickly if you don’t keep eyes on it. Would not have wanted to pay this much, but it was an important gift and proved to be very popular.
- Love my Presto, very convenient and time consuming. I ordered the large basket and another accessory and together they are wonderful!
- It is great and I have cooked in it several times now using peanut oil and wouldn’t trade it for anything. LOVE IT. I have already recommended it to a friend and she is going to get one for her mother and herself.
- We don’t fry alot, but this little guy works great for our needs. Bought really good oil separated out into 2 jugs. One for fish products, and one for regular frying. Clean up is pretty simple. Then we store it til next time .
- Cooked with it the same day it arrived. Fish, tater tots, breaded shrimp, and tostones. Great results. The two baskets allow you to cook two different items at the same time. We’ve used it four times already and will be using it again very soon. I’ve already recommended it to family members.
