- Though it does run a bit hot. If you’re looking to make some tempura, this probably isn’t the right product for you. Otherwise, it works pretty well.

- This heats up pretty fast and is great for frying fish. I have not used it for any food but fish, but love it for that. Is very easy to clean, although it cannot be put into the water. For any food to fry, this sure beats using a skillet. Does not take long to fry in, either.

- I have used this product only once with less than stellar results. I batter fried chicken. The batter burned before the chicken was done. The next day I used the same batter receipe on fish filets but fried in a pan on the stove with great results.
