- Strong and powerful, this is a no nonsense light that should be in every house, boat (It’s water resistant) or truck!
- I was concerned about a battery spotlight for spotting deer at night but ti’m very happy with this one. The only thing I did not realize is that you have to click the trigger 3 times before it will shut off. It has 3 different power settings. Very small, light, and powerful.
- I am very happy with this purchase. We bought this because we have a Mag-Light that just wasn’t lighting up our property well enough. This is lightweight, which is great because some of those spotlights are too heavy. It has 4 settings – off, and then 3 levels of brightness that you can change with the finger-trigger. Couldn’t be easier. It also has a loop for your hand so you don’t drop it. It comes with 6 AA batteries, (you do have to open the case and remove a piece of cardboard before using) so you don’t even have to buy the batteries separately. At night, I can see the deer and bunnies in my yard (this light makes their eyes super-reflective!) I also like to check for bears before letting my dogs out into their fenced area. This light makes it a lot easier to see what’s outside. And it’s much brighter than my porch light.
- I have 4 of these – 1 on my boat and 1 each on my 3 kayaks. I use these to navigate the river I live on to get out into Mobile Bay, and have now for a couple of years. They are super bright, I can see the shoreline, pilings, etc for several hundred yards. I leave them on constantly for the entire 15 minute trip out the river and am surprised that I can use them for a couple of months between battery changes. I like having the AA batteries vs a charger because I can carry spare batteries on the boat and kayaks. I have yet to have water inside any of my lights and have not had one fail. I stick them underwater often looking at bait. I highly recommend these.
- The light this thing puts out is amazing. Even the “low” setting puts out a bright beam that at most times is all I need and greatly extends the battery life. I use NiMH rechargeable batteries and they work fine. Someone commented earlier that these couldn’t be used but they work for me.
- I used it for snorkeling on vacation in a freshwater river with no problems and am very satisfied. I would recommend this light to anyone for outdoor activities.
- I purchased this light to work with but it does such a bang up job that I’ll be buying another to throw in the hunting box. My only concern is the softness of the lock switch in regard to staying in place, on or off. It feels like there isn’t much friction lock. Otherwise the light is the brightest and lightest high power beam I’ve owned. Keep up the good work.
- Waterproof? Yeah dont think soo the seal on battery terminal and outer seal leaked water inside bulb..other then that it was a well made light.. Non rechargeable battery feature is also one thing to watch out for -you will burn through battery and just like most things with threads they will deteriorate after opening to replace batteries…
