• I’m generally happy with this lamp for my living room. I gave it four stars because I don’t think it’s as pretty as the lamp it’s replacing, but that’s just a matter of opinion. There are two things in the description that aren’t quite accurate. It says 100-149 watts, but in the instructions in the box it says a maximum of 100W. Also, it seems to be a three-way lamp because when turn the switch, it has two “ons” and two “offs.” If I would put in a three-way bulb, I could check this out for sure.
• Great value. Nice shade. Seems to be sturdy base.
• This lamp was just what I needed. I had to replace a lamp I used on my dresser. This lamp was exactly the right one. It fits my decor and I love the fact that it uses a 3 way light bulb, so I can have more or less brightness as needed.
• Too small for my living room but nice . Had to put together myself.
• I bought this for my son who has moved into his first apartment. He loves that it’s a 3-way light and says it looks like a higher end lamp and not a first college apartment type lamp.
• Ordered two of these to go with the side tables I had also ordered. Perfect match up. Lamps are the right height for a small side table. Classic style.
• I would have given this lamp five stars as far as looks and value goes, however, I am still trying to insert the very long cord into the small opening that attaches the top to the base. I managed to get one done and the other is still sitting here. I wish I would have known it would take some assembly before I purchased. I am very disappointed.
