- While inexpensive, this is a heavy, solid piece of furniture. Took about 30 minutes to assemble and it was very easy with 2 people. It looks fantastic! Purchase the Better Home and Garden storage bins (13×13) for this unit and they fit it perfectly. Looks so nice in the nursery with the little drawers added. It is new – so I cannot say anything about wear and tear or if it will last, but my first impression is that I want to buy another one!!
- I purchased the Weathered organizer as a TV stand for my living room. It is absolutely beautiful! It was fairly easy to assemble. I did need a screwdriver more towards the end, however, it was very easy to put together. It makes my living room look upscale and very clean. This was a great find!
- So when I seen the storage cube at the store I immediately said I wanted one. Well I bought one, then another, and another and another. I love how easy it was for me to put together.
- I ordered 2 8-cube units and 1 4-cube unit. They arrived in 4 days and were well-packaged to prevent damage to any part of the units. I put all 3 together myself, which was easier than I thought it would be. One trick I used with the 8-cube units, at the point where I was assembling the inner shelves, was to use some of the fabric cubes I had also purchased to support the smaller shelves while I put them together. All went well until I tried to add the ends of the units with the Hex screws and driver. What a nightmare. I spent more time trying to get them in than I had in unboxing and assembling both 8-cube units. I’d get the screws 90% or more in, then couldn’t get 6 of the 8 on one unit and 5 of the 8 on the other unit screwed all the way in. That spoiled the whole experience for me and is the reason the product only got 4 stars. I finally gave up and went to the hardware store to find a better solution. I ended up with screws that could be ratcheted in. The look isn’t as nice because the new screws stick out a little but at least the assembly was completed. Suggestion: change from hex screws to screws that use a flat head or phillips head screw driver.
- I really like this organizer. It looks good and sturdy. It was very easy to put together, my husband came from work and assembled it in about 30 mins (he’s not handy at all but had to do it cuz I’m 38 weeks pregnant) I read the instructions to him and he followed them with no problem maybe that’s why it was so easy for us.
- Very easy to put together. Reasonably priced. Bought 2 the same day and had both together in an hour. They hold all my records. Awesome
- We fell in love with these storage organizers. The first one we bought was for the living room. It hols our 50in tv and few electrical devices in totes underneath. It’s very sturdy. Light weight for anytime we decide to change things up (which is quite often). We have another one in our dining room as well for art supplies and office storage.
- I would send back but I had most of it together before I noticed a hole the size of a quarter in one of the pieces. It is to heavy to repackage and send back.
