- Good quality product. Very sturdy and a great price. Had to contact the customer service department and they were very helpful. It was my mistake in putting together but they contacted me right away and were able to figure out way I had done wrong.
- I was satisfied with the timely delivery of the product but I am very dissatisfied with the the futon mattress. It came all folded up and the inside seems to be torn. Looks awful and won’t straighten out. I am going to return the mattress for a new one
- For the price, its pretty decent! The mattress pad is a bit thin in the middle where it was folded in the box
- Futon arrived 3 days early! My husband was able to put it together himself, though it took a few hours. Futon looks more expensive than it is, and the mattress is a nice color and very comfortable to sit on. No one has slept on it yet, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, very satisfied.
