I am so in love with this machine as it did an awesome job. Have only run one time but am very pleased. Purchased another one earlier this week which was $20.00 more expensive. Didn’t do a great job so returned it and purchased this one. The other one didn’t move around my home and get all areas. This one worked the entire home 3-4 times. Very happy with this little baby. Think I will name her Hazel, like the maid from TV. She did a great job and is programmed to run everyday. I have several cats and a dog and all help I can get is appreciated. Did not return to docking station without help. Hope this improves but other than this it cleaned very well. So if you are like me and hate to vaccum then this is the machine for you.

I was so excited to get this delivered. It was like Christmas morning when it came. I almost ripped the box open. This vacuum is light weight and has a bumper to control where it goes. I was a bit unsure how powerful it would be so I turned it on and let it do its job. It went all over the house from hardwood to carpet with ease. When it was done it was easy to empty and my reservations about how powerful it was going to be was put to rest because it picked up dirt I didn’t know was there. Only thing I didn’t like is how loud it was but it is a vacuum. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.
I have always wondered how this type of vacuum would do. It is very easy to put together, where parts, battery and charging station are concerned. It becomes a bit confusing to set up the time and mode of the vacuum, as it can be set from the vacuum itself or the charging station. I found the charging station instructions a bit easier to follow. It takes a 6-hour straight charge before it can be programmed or used, so plan ahead. Then you have to make sure the charging station is in a place with nothing in the way. It can be set for up to 90 minutes of cleaning to 15 minutes. It also has 6 motion patterns that it can be set at. It suggests using all 6 in case it hits a couch or chair leg, it will continue with a different pattern instead of just stopping because something is in its way. I have a very short nap on my tv room rug. I also have inside pets and a 6-year-old grandson. I would suggest vacuuming with a regular floor vacuum before setting this in motion. It isn’t made to pick up army men or large hairballs. I ran my regular vacuum over the rug first, then this one. What looked ok, wasn’t. It needed emptying halfway through the room and the pet hair removed from the roller brush. It had to be removed gently as one of the dots of brushes came out trying to get the hair off of the roller. I was surprised to see how much it had picked up out of the rug I had just vacuumed. It worked well on the tile floor, too. The rug has to be vacuumed before using this the first time, but it picks up what is invisible. Good product and great time saver. I tried several times to upload a picture, but it keeps saying it is too large, 6.6 and 6.7. For a picture, its back to the drawing board
It works great. I was surprised at how well it moved from the hard floors to carpet. A bit noisier than I expected, but not more than tolerable. It freaked my cats out at first, but after it ran a few times, they just sit & watch it go around.
The robotic vacuum was a disappointment. The performance was nothing like the user guide or the Bissell videos presented. I charged the unit for about 5 hours before using it. I chose the AUTO setting (for multi-directions), Turbo vacuum (strongest suction), and 30 minutes. The unit moved and the brushes spun for about 30 seconds, then everything stopped for a few seconds. I thought the vacuum had shut off. Then the unit started again for 30 seconds and stopped. Never was there continuous movement or continuous vacuuming. The unit moved and vacuumed in “surges.” The unit did not move in the 5 difference patterns that AUTO has. Instead, it moved in a circle or simply turned around and around in the same spot. Over the 30 minute period, the vacuum covered a 3-foot by 3-foot area. Next, I set-up the docking station, set the time, and set a schedule for cleaning. Setting up the docking station was simple. The docking station needed to be put in a wide open space. The vacuum needs 12 inches on one side of the docking station, 40 inches on the other side, and 79 inches in front of the unit. It was a challenge finding a place I could place the docking station and have the clearance required. I put the vacuum in the docking station and it started a vacuum cycle according to schedule. However, after 30 minutes, it had only vacuumed a very small area again. I moved the vacuum to another area of the room and it started making its way back to the original spot. I kept moving the vacuum so it would not be around furniture, but the vacuum kept moving to a corner even when I changed the vacuum pattern. It seemed that when it got to a corner, it could not get out and would move in a circle pattern for 5-10 minutes until I moved it. It vacuumed a 3-foot by 3-foot area over and over again. I tried a third time with similar results. The vacuum seemed to pick up surface lint and fuzz sufficiently. The lint/trash basket was easy to remove and empty. Overall, I do not recommend this particular vacuum. The vacuum pattern does not cover a room like the user guide showed. Even if it did move about the room properly, it would be a very slow process. The sound was about half that of a regular vacuum. I could not hear the television while it was cleaning. The vacuum had a gentle bump against walls and furniture as it moved around, nothing that would cause damage to the furniture or paint. This vacuum is a little more than 12 inches across so it cannot get in narrow spaces. This vacuum might work well on a tile room with little furniture (as shown on the videos). It did not work well in a large family room with carpet.
