- Seems to work well. Is noisy but picks up dirt and steam cleans the floor. No so good for tile with grout as it is not flat so the grout does not get clean. On a flat surface would be great.
- I’m in LOVE . . . with my Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop! How I used to dread cleaning the floor after I spent so much time just vacuuming it. It was painful knowing that I was not through cleaning after I just went around the house vacuuming. Now, I love to clean my floors! I’m just thrilled at the fact that after I go around the house once, I am done! This steam mop does exactly what it claims to do . . . vacuums and steam cleans at the same time. I have two dogs and one of them sheds a lot. I was skeptical about vacuuming and steam mopping at the same time, but let me tell you it really does work!!! I love the way my wood floors and ceramic tile look after I’m done cleaning them. The machine is so easy to use and the two different mop pads are great! I’ve used it several times, and each time, I still get excited about using it. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this product! One thing I will say is “buy it now” you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it! Someone finally made a lot of people like me, very happy 🙂 If I could, I would love to thank them in person, but for now . . . - I recently purchased the Symphony Pet even though I don’t have a pet, I do have a grandson, who is almost 6 years old. I like the power of the vacuum and the steam cleaning is an extra bonus. My tile and laminate floors look great following the use and are very clean. Thanks Bissell for a very useful floor product.
- I was skeptical about the Bissel vacuum/ steam mop. After I used it the first time I was totally satisfied. It cleaned my floor so well. I walked on the floor after it was dry with a pair of white socks and to my surprise they were still white. Thank you Bissel!! I recommend anyone to buy this Bissel.
- I LOVE the Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop! It saves me so much time from having to sweep the floor first then mop it. It also saves me time from having to wring out my mop in a bucket and drag it all over my house. I have a LOT of bare floors in my house and I don’t dread cleaning them every week. I actually look forward to cleaning my floors now! Ha Ha Ha, not really, but using this product makes cleaning a lot more enjoyable.
- I had a hard time keeping up with the pet hair in my house using a traditional broom and mop. This has made life so much easier!! I can vacuum and steam mop in one step!! It’s light weight and has an easy to clean canister!
- I love, love, love my little Bissell steam/vacuum! I bought myself one for Christmas after installing new tile flooring. The girl helping to install the tile recommended it to me. I kept my grand Lab puppy for my son and his wife while they traveled to Hawaii. Between the shedding and the accidents my little mean steam/vacuum machine was a life saver for me! I have a bad back and with it being light but being big enough to do it’s job with no problem it’s a great little Mean Machine!!
- In general, I like this product, but lately it seems that it has lost suction. While I have never actually used the steam feature, I love the vacuum part as I have no carpet, a cat, and long hair myself. The path to the filter seems clear, but is there something else I can do to increase the suction?
- I bought this for my tile floors and loved it the first month. After that it started to smell. It now will vacuum but forget the steam mop. Highly disappointed in this product. I normally Love Bissell products but this one is making me think twice .
