• Nice compact design. Easy to assemble and works as it should. My only gripe was the adjustment on the shock. I wish it had a lock when you went to the lowest setting or to the highest. The way it’s set up you can turn it indefinitely. Other than that I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase.
• Like any other exerciser, if you use it, it works for cardiovascular health.
• Works out your entire body while sitting! The first one I received was verified defective from the manufacturer. One arm was slightly higher than the other. Return was easy but a hassle to have to haul the unit back to Walmart, but I didn’t have to disassembled it. Assembly was really easy and all the tools were provided, even the battery! All my kids from age 10 to teens really enjoy having fun rowing on it. Already helped me lose weight, though I’m in no hurry. I like the fact that I don’t sweat so much with this exercise that I need to shower after… Unlike the treadmill or the cycle. It’s a good supplement to the other more vigorous exercises I do. Also makes watching TV more productive while I lose some calories. Gave it a 4 star because of the return. The replacement at least had both arms at the same height, but not where it’s suppose to be, next to the bumpers.
