• We absolutely love this! The reason for the 4 stars is that when it arrives it is just a box full of boards and a few bags of screws, etc. It needs full assembly. That is ok because everything is marked perfectly and although time-consuming it is very easy. ***However, in one of the early steps it has you connect two small boards to the main frame. The boards have small metal plates attached to them. For your sanity REMOVE THESE PLATES BEFORE YOU ATTACH THESE BOARDS as later in the steps it tells you to remove the plates and as the boards are already attached to the frame you have to climb down and inside to get to them and the screws are in very tight. Once together this is exactly as pictured and very pretty. BE CAREFUL WITH THE CRYSTALS. Once you remove the glass front, keep the box straight up (we set it on the couch with glass facing back of couch. If you are careful you can spread the crystals perfectly and they will stay that way after the unit is assembled. Also, when the instructions say do not tighten screws completely until all in same area are in, they mean it. Sometimes the DDs are a tiny bit off but when you adjust them all they set perfectly. I would definitely recommend this. The heater is amazing as well.
