- If padding for the upper leg was slightly longer to avoiding rubbing on the end caps, this would be a 5-Star product!!!
- How bad do you want it? That’s the question you need to answer. The CAP Strength Slant Bench is great for those deep decline sit-up exercises. From basic sit-ups to weighted /medicine ball crunches. It’s sturdy enough for your needs and super simple to assemble. The price is perfect for such a useful addition to my home gym. - Board is too low and difficult to use. Works okay once user gets situated but it takes effort.
- If somebody wants to have a small equipment which would be more effective in terms of reducing body weight and particularly belly fat this would be an ideal. Quality is good with respect to price and also will last long. I am very much satisfied with product.
- The main adjustment screw was not threaded making it impossible to use. Also the instructions were difficult to follow.
