- So far so good. I’ve always had O’LE Smokey smokers (electric) and love that you set up the time and temp and don’t do anything else till the meat is done. No need to add water or wood. It does better if you just leave it alone. This smoker has more absolute features like setting the exact temperature and has a good seal on the door to keep smoke in. I love the remote too, you can monitor time remaining and change settings if needed.
