- Purchased this to replace another crock pot that I had a crack in the liner. Figured it would be just a cheap to purchase a whole new cooker. Only used two times, both times it singed my food. Contacted Crock Pot.com and the agent told me I would need to “adjust” my recipes by adding more liquid. HELLOOOOO. I don’t want watery spaghetti sauce nor do I want to add more water than the pre packaged frozen meals call for. Then the “agent” told me that I should get a smaller pot. The old crock pot brand, no matter how much or little food was in, NEVER singed my food and cooked it till it all tasted burnt. Will never purchase another CrockPot brand product.
