Great soluble fiber. Dissolves in water with no taste. This product is 1/2 the price of Benefiber and dissolves better in water.
I use this as a replacement for Benefiber. To me they are identical in everything but cost.

Based on the previous reviews for this product and the fact that it is compared to benefit which is a lot more expensive. I decided to give it a try and purchase it for my husband. To his surprise, it works. He also likes the fact that is completely dissolves and has somewhat of a sweet flavor with no after taste. Glad that I found this product, and I will be purchasing it again.
I need a fiber supplement that can be dissolved in other liquids without thickening. I have found that this one completely dissolves which is unlike the others I have tried. I also like the price.
Buy Rexall brand. Dissolves in cold water, is tasteless, cheaper than the name brand & does the job. WM probably won’t post this but just sayin’ Hope this helps
