- Used it for the first time the other night to make a pot roast, which turned out great. I used the low setting for 8 hours, but did notice that compared to my old Crockpot branded slow cooker that this one reaches a higher temp, even on low. The liquid in the pot was at a pretty hard boil. I’m ok with that as nothing burned and the roast cooked perfectly. My one criticism is that the outside can get pretty warm (there is a warning on the body) and you have to just be aware. It’s a great size and a pretty good value.
- I bought this slow cooker for my daughter for Christmas and she really likes it. She uses it often. She really likes that the pot comes out of the heating element for easy cleaning. She programs her meals to finish in time to be ready when she gets off work. I recommend this slow cooker.

- I am the crock pot QUEEN! I work 8 hour days, with a two hour drive, so the crock pot is my saving grace! This one is so nice, you can set it to different temperatures, if need be. And it goes to warm automatically, which is really nice. Easy cleanup, as well!
- Very easy to program and use. Just set it up program and come home to a hot and ready dish.
- We bought this to replace one that broke. We love the set, cook, then it goes to keep warm until we are ready to eat.
- I have cooked a couple meals in this crockpot since I received it & I will say it worked perfectly & my dinners turned out delicious- it’s also nice that you can carry it to other occasions & with the lock lid you don’t have to worry about spills-very happy with this item !!
- This crockpot came with scratches in the glaze inside and places where the glaze did not cover the earthenware under it. There are pockmarks and dimples all over the inside surface. The instructions tell you not to use it if the glaze is damaged!!! Walmart no longer has this item for 29.95. it’s now 44.95. This was a Christmas present and i am very unhappy about it.
