I purchased this for my 6 year old twin granddaughters. It was easy to assemble. It looks great. Seems to be well constructed. They love it! They had twin beds before. They really like the extra room of a full sized bed. And now they have more room to play in their bedroom.
Fits mattresses of average thickness. (so you don’t need thin bunk bed mattresses.) Assembly was easy. Separating them into two beds will be easy as well. Lightweight set. Generally pleased with this purchase but unsure of the listed weight limit. Says 300lbs. per bunk but when I climbed to the top (135lbs.) my mother in-law said the bottom was definitely bowing. It was also pretty shaky with me up there. For now it’s not a big deal because my kids are 4 and 2 and weigh less than 40lbs. each. This set seems like it will last them a pretty long time and when they get heavier we’ll separate them and see how they continue to hold up. I’d still recommend this purchase with the warning about the weight limit. It looks exactly like the picture. Not super fancy but not terrible either.
I set this up in my boys room for them to have bigger bunk beds. It is great and they love it! However, it really squeaks a lot. It was very easy to assemble and took no time at all to put together.
Easy to assemble. Final product is heavy duty with emphasis on heavy. Full size makes it more practical and longer term. Kids like it.
