- I use this 1 to 2 times a day. It has helped my back and my hip. The only thing that has happened is that I cannot adjust the head rest. The one nut on the inside has broken loose. I need to adjust the head rest but do not know what to do because of the faulty part in the head rest. What can you do for me
- This inverter is everything I had hoped for. As well as being easy to assemble it is a solid quality product. The pillow tends to slide off when inverted but adjusting the elastic band seemed to do the trick. The heating / vibrating cushion is uncomfortable while laying inverted so we use it while sitting and/or lying on the couch. We are also going to take the cushion on trips with us for the hotel rooms as the plane seats cause havoc with my wife’s back. It is as good, if not better than the expensive fancier units. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one.

- I love this table. It gives me instant relief from my lower back pain and it’s been approved for use by my Dr. and the PT staff who have been working with me. An added bonus is the heat and massage feature that sits exactly where I need it on my lower back.
- Item was shipped & delivered as stated. Unfortunately, the inversion table was damaged. Looks like the forklift driver drove the forklift forks into the box. The backrest assembly was gouged, there was a big section of the vinyl covering tore off & the foam pad was torn. Wherever the damage occurred, they just taped the box up & shipped it. I did not bother returning it to Walmart & reordering a new one, as they were out of stock. They were also at a lower price of about $18. I contacted Innova, the manufacturer & they sent me replacement parts.
