• This inversion table was recommended by our doctor to help ease back pain. It is sturdy and well-made, offers good padding and has a removable lumbar cushion. We are happy with the purchase.
• Quality product, pretty easy to assemble, very sturdy, I didn’t like how my feet were locked in. I returned this item, not for me. Might work for others.
• The back support pillow is very small or the curve in my lower back is very deep. Could be both. Having never tried an inversion table before I was unsure of getting any positive results. Right now TODAY the nerve pain in the backside of my knee is gone for the past couple days and I’ve only tried the table maybe 8 10 minute times more or less a couple. Being a very wild sports kid and now pretty active old guy the nerve pain started about 8 months ago and I tried a few things but, learning new ways to stretches and this seems to be working but, if you have this condition you know it can fool ya.. Today is good but, I am not sure it’s ever going to be like back in the day..
• I’m a big guy, had back surgery a couple of years ago, wanted an inversion table, this one is great, its very well made, easy to assemble and solid, I love it!
• Assembled in about an hour. This is extremely well built, and very sturdy. I am a 58 years old male, with lower back pain and was currently seeing a chiropractor 3 times a week. I have started out at twice a day for about 10 minutes at various angles. After about a week I am increasing the angle and am near max inversion. Also, decreasing chiropractor visits to 2 a week and less after a couple more weeks. I wish I would have purchased a lot sooner.
• Delivery was quick, only a few days and was delivered to my door. It was easy to assemble with tools needed included in the box. I have been using this table for a number of weeks now and finding it helps a lot with my lower back issues. Definitely would recommend this table for sturdiness and value for my dollar.
• I suffer from three budging discs and this inversion table brings me good relief. I use a couple minutes a few times a day. The product is very sturdy and well built although a bit heave and takes up a good amount of space. I am mechanically inclined so it took me about 20 minutes to assemble and the instructions were easy to understand . I would buy this table again.
• First …they don’t warn you of all the don’t. ..in order to use the you have to be in perfect health. The advertising is miss leading. No l would not recommend this product. If l could return it l would.
