- Hand wash (add a little soap if you prefer)
- Dry
- Rub with cooking oil

Instructions: . Let’s Get Cooking.. Easy: hand wash, dry, rub with cooking oil. Unparalleled in heat retention and even heating. At home in the oven, on the stove, on the grill or over the campfire. Electric, Gas, Glass, Induction, Oven, Campfire. Seasoning is simply oil baked into the iron, giving you a natural easy-release finish that will improve with each use. Dishwashers, metal scouring pads, and harsh detergents can harm the finish. If this happens, you can revive your seasoning. Cast iron is at home on any heat source, indoors or out, except for the microwave. Be sure to lift your pan when moving it on a glass top stove. Use any utensils you like, even metal. Heat and cool your pan gradually for added longevity. Protect your mitts, these handles get hot. Add a little extra oil the first few uses-some foods can be stubborn on new cookware.

- Great pan cooks meats perfect only issue is pan rust. I wish I would have read about this pan first as far as rust issues.
- I really like this pan. Cooks nice and evenly. I think when it gets more seasoned it will cook great steaks and burgers. When I can’t use the grill outside, that is.
- This is my first cast iron pan and I love it. I bought it to grill my steaks on and it works perfectly. My grandmother used them all the time when I was growing up so I thought I would give it a try. I’m so happy that I did. I’m very happy with my purchase.
- I can’t get over grilling with this. So this is what I do with this. I grill over the stove and because it is smoky and it splashes, I then put in the oven for another 30mins to get my chicken cooked properly.
- This preseasoned cast iron grill pan is great. Cooks wonderfully and leaves the grill marks just if you used a grill. Clean up is easy .
- I was getting tired of all the teflon always scraping off. No matter how careful you are. Who knows why is getting in your food. I decided to quit buying and use my cast iron. This is a great addition for grilling indoors. On stove or in oven. I love it!!!!
- A little heavy but ok to handle ..love it for grilling chicken breasts n steaks…just clean it as said ..and add alittle cooking spray
- This pan is too heavy for me to handle and very difficult to clean. Also, meat stuck to it although it looked well oiled. Then again, it is the first time I have had one. As far as Walmart service, it was very timely.
