- Perfect for that teenage room. My 13 year old assembled it with no problems.
- Once I finally got it out of the box it was pretty simple. It is not easy to get out of the box alone without tearing it apart. Low to the floor but fine. Not that comfortable. I’m using it in a spare/computer room. It looks nice and it’s mostly there to complete the room.
- The futon is a little on the low side as far as getting up from it as an adult. Perfect for a child. It is comfortable to sit on. Must place a comforter on top to make a more comfortable sleep.

Due to some of the negative reviews, which seemed to me more about delivery issues, I ordered free ship to store and my son picked it up. He said it just took a few minutes to put it together and I’m a happy mom!!!
- This futon is okay for the price. I just wanted something to sit on that was comfortable and a decent place to stretch out. It only required me to attach the legs and it was ready. Easily folds down and easy to put back into a sitting position. You could also fold half of it down.
- This futon is comfy and looks very nice! It was sooooo easy to put together. All you have to do is put the legs on and they provide you the tool to do so. I bought a black futon for my son’s man cave. Of course they eat on the couch, they are messy boys. I’ll tell you the fabric shows every little spec! If you have a pet I would think this fabric may not be the best decision for you. I’m still very satisfied with my purchase!

- Overall, this futon is what you expect to get for $99 (on sale price). It is smaller that I expected but offer about the same setting area as a couch. However, it sits low to the ground and without arms, it looks small in a room. The cushions are stiff, but over the past two weeks have slightly softened. My wife and I are tall (6 foot), and when setting, our knees are above our hips. As for the futon, when laying on the front or back sections, again the cushions are stiff but fairly comfortable for sleeping. However, you cannot lay in the middle of the futon because you will feel the frame. Construction is fair for a low cost item, but the legs seem to be fragile and could break with any major movement on the futon. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, only because I expected the quality for the price. It was easy to set up (light assembly), was packed well and light (75lbs).
- Rated this as poor because I feel the futon was grossly misrepresented. First of all it is very unconfortable (very low to the ground, hardly any cushioning on seat and back). Fabric was representated as micro-fiber which it is NOT. It is upholstered in a cheap felt material that is like a magnet to anything that goes near it. Can’t imagine sleeping on this thing (too short and hard). My niece set it up for me and threw the shipping carton away or else I would return this piece of junk to Wal-Mart
