  • I went camping with a group of 6 people. We all loved how spacious. Setting it up was easy and took 4 of us about 10 minutes to get it done. Same time to take it down. Overall i would recommend this awesome tent to everyone! It was definitely one of the best purchases i ever made. Walmart should really carry it in store instead of online only.
  • My 11 year old girl wanted her own tent this was perfect
  • Threshold tents are nice. Couple things I already don’t like are: the lack of places to pin the tent to the ground making it hard to unzip the main tent when u have a flash light in your hand and the fact that the tunnels linking the two small tents to the big tent is open at the bottom letting I’m pests. Who thought this up? I don’t like pests on my bed area
  • Kids loved this tent the only thing I wish wa different is where the connection between the tents would of been completely sealed off. There is a gap where bugs and critters can get thru. It held up great thru a strong storm and didn’t leak but other wise I’m glad I bought it.
  • It may be made differently now or may have been another brand, but when I was a teenager, me and my buddies spent all of summer 2005 in this thing. Rain or shine we were out there. No leaks, just some fading in color from being in the sun 24/7. Handled teenagers all summer and a little the next summer before I upgraded. We had electricity and a lot of gaming out there. It was my house that summer. I’d still have it now if I didn’t use one of the tents as a tube for snowmobiling and the other for rolling down a hill. it survive but lost that one some how. I’m sure I have 1 of the 3 tents left in good condition somewhere. Will probably buy another.
  • I have no idea what the others used their tents for. This tent has a great concept and looked to be exactly what I needed with 2 older children. However, it is NOT adequate for camping in any kind of adverse weather. I went into this purchase knowing it was not going to be the highest quality, but I did everything I could to take precautions – used tarps (footprints) under all 3 tents, seam sealed ALL seams on ALL tents, and put 2 coats of silicon waterproofing spray over ALL areas of the tent, except the floor. Did my due diligence, right? Not so fast… First issue I saw was with the zippers. Probably like most people, I assumed a zipper was a zipper – not the case. They are quite possibly the WORST quality I have ever seen! Very flimsy and break/get caught very easily. Second issue is ventilation. The main tent only has 2 windows – front and back. the Side doors don’t have windows. The smaller tents only have windows on their respective doors. To make matters worse, the rainflys sit almost on top of the tents with prevents any hot air from getting out. Poor design. Third (and most serious) – this tent will NOT stand up to any amount of water. After only moderate rain, I had water coming in through the doors/windows, water coming through the seam where the floor and tent meet, water seeping through the tent fabric, even water coming up through the poly floor!!! Keep in mind, I “waterproofed” mine!!! I can’t imagine what it would have been like if I didn’t!!! Needless to say, our 6 day family camping trip turned into 2 when we had to quit because we were all so waterlogged. Completely unacceptable. Thank God I got the protection plan. I’ll be returning mine today to get my money back.
