- Great wok. Works much like our old one, but has a wider cooking surface, and no harmful teflon coating.
- So far, I like it..it cooks really fast at 350 which is the recommended temp, but I think you can turn it down. It was pretty brown on the bottom when I was done and I followed the directions for clean up and it does clean up pretty well.
- This wok holds plenty of food for a big meal. It acts just like an on-burner authentic wok. Glass cover is great for seeing your veggies get just right as they steam.
- We had an electric wok as a wedding gift 35 years ago. It finally died. This one is sleek, and it cooks quite well.

- The first time I used this, it burned the entire bottom. It appears after some experimentation that the thermostat is useless and does not work. It is basically either heating full force or turned off. It does not cycle off and on to maintain a temperature. I am guessing that was the problem with the one reviewer that gave it one star also. If cooking a small tiny layer at the bottom quickly, say just some meat strips and standing there, that might work but you could not leave it and would have to continue to stir it until it was done. I see no way to cook more than a serving or two in the large wok. I am returning it. Defective thermostat yet another hit or miss with imports.
